Deleted Studies

Hello,
I have noticed one client has deleted a study that had already been reviewed by a radiologist by mistake. Is there a way to run a report to check if this has occurred with another study? Does the system keep record of all deleted studies and which user has deleted them?
Thanks,
Rodrigo

Hi Rodrigo,
Yes, we keep a record of all study deletes. If you send a PM or a OnePacs message to "Administrator" with the study uid I will let you know who deleted the study.
Regards,
Justin

We are going to adjust the delete feature soon such that only administrators will be capable of deleting a study that has been already reported.
For the time being you may want to remove the delete privilege from client users if they delete reported studies which may for example interfere with billing.

Thank you John. If I give you the facility code, can you run a report to see if any user has deleted other studies that had been reported?
Thanks,
Rodrigo

Can you go ahead and message the info to the user account "admin" on onepacs, and let us know in this ticket you did so. We will look into it.

Hello John,
I sent the message this morning. Please let me know if you have not received it yet. Thanks. Rodrigo

Hi Rodrigo,
I ran a report for the facility you specified and there were three reported studied that had been deleted and all were deleted by your user account.
If you could specify the study UID and/or username of the user you suspect deleted the study I could look in greater depth (send a OnePacs message to "Administrator").
Thanks,
Justin
