I was wondering if there is a way to export a report that shows "report turn around times". i.e. from submission time to read time. I am in need of this information for our Radiologist Quality measures within our system. Thanks.

Yes. See http://wiki.onepacsforums.com/doku.php?id=dataanalysis section "Export of data to spreadsheet". Be sure to check the appropriate turnaround time checkbox as both from received time to read time and confirmation time (if confirmed, received time otherwise) to read time exist.

I do not have the option for "Charts" option from the "Data Search/Export" drop down menu. I do not have it on my administrator login or my regular log in. Any ideas?

My previous post refers to the "Export Data to spreadsheet" menu item rather than charts. The menu item for charting would not appear if you do not have permission for charting (Graphical Reports).

Do you see "Export data to spreadsheet"? That's really the option you want as it will export all the actual raw data to a spreadsheet (.csv file) and you can analyze/manipulate as you wish.

The "charts" function will generate some real-time eye candy for you but for in-depth analysis I would recommend exporting the actual numerical data to a spreadsheet file where you can work with it as you wish. It looks like your account is part of a teleradiology group's implementation of OnePacs so please check with your teleradiology group and ask them to turn on the chart function, if you would like to use that as well.
