Is there any problem with the study retriever binary for mac ? We cannot install when we download it from the onepacs. It appears to be damaged... Older binary saved here installed correctly.
Thank you

Hi Mário,
If you're using OSX 10.8 (Mountain Lion) you will need to work around the GateKeeper feature. You can do the following steps and it will install correctly:
1) In System Preferences -> Security & Privacy, change "Allow applications downloaded from" to "Anywhere"
2) Then install the OnePacs Study Retreiver.
3) Run the OnePacs Study Retriever
4) Then you can re-enable GateKeeper by changing the setting in step 1 back to "Mac App Store and identified developers"
Thanks,
Justin

Do you have Java installed? Apple
recently disabled Java - requiring you to explicitly download and install it from Oracle.
The OnePacs Study Retriever requires that Java be installed.

We also just posted an update to address some issues with a technology apple recently introduced called Gatekeeper.
Can you try downloading the study retriever from onepacs again and see if the latest update works? (Options menu > downloads)
If you receive a notice that the study retriever application has been disallowed because it is from an unidentified developer, follow these instructions to run it:

Let us know if this works - thanks
