Can someone tell me how to configure signature template to include MD.... this wan't done during setup and our reports show only the reporting radiologists name without credentials....

The signature block may be changed under your user preferences. There are three available lines of a signature. You may view/change your user preferences by selecting the Options -> User Preferences menu options.

I have tried sending email by forum without success....

I have on numerous occasions received the following error message.... I need to know why it intermittently appears and what to do to prevent it from occurring again.
"The OnePacs Study Retriever has detected that there are no valid destinations selected. This may prevent you from viewing cases in the OnePacs Workstation"... which it does!
I have sometimes reinstalled or repaired the onepacsdesktop ver 5.1.1 but after a few days the message returns and interactive functionality with the workstation stops.

Please direct me.... I am on today

Hi Dr. Jacob -
In general, it is best to create a new forum post for a new topic rather than reusing a old topic for an unrelated question.

Your message indicates that the OnePacs workstation SCP is not starting properly. The OnePacs Workstation SCP should, by default, start automatically as a service when your computer is started. It is responsible for storing the images received from the study retriever so that they may be viewed in the Workstation.

Here are some suggestions.
1. Check your antivirus software to see if it has mistakenly flagged a OnePacs application. We recommend using Microsoft Security Essentials.
2. Check the status of the Workstation SCP service in the Windows service applet and make some adjustments. To open the services applet, click the start menu and type, "services" in the search area and press enter. Find the "OnePacs Workstation SCP Service" and verify its status. It should be listed as started. You can manually start it if needed by right clicking and selecting "start". You may also right click on the service and select properties. Check the startup type. You may want to try to change the startup type to "Automatic (Delayed start)" if many applications start when your computer starts. Otherwise, the startup should be listed as automatic.
3. There may be another application that, on occasion, is attempting to use the same port as the workstation SCP uses by default. You can change the port the Workstation SCP uses by opening the OnePacs workstation and selecting Tools -> options. Click on "DICOM server" and enter in a new port in the port field that is unused on the system. Click apply. You now need to make a similar change in the study retriever. Right click on the study retriever in the Windows toolbar and select "Preferences." Select the "Destinations" tab and double click on the OnePacs Workstation entry. Enter the same new port entered previously in the port field.
4. Update to the latest OnePacs workstation.
