Cannot Connect to ONEPACS_WEB

Good Afternoon,

We are currently not able to connect to ONEPACS_WEB@webcstore.onepacs.com:443 failed: java.net. UnknownHostException: webcstore.onepacs.com.

Studies are going to the gateway, but not up to the web. Please help!

Hi Jim,

I can confirm that the OnePacs DICOM server is indeed functioning correctly. From the error you provided, it seems you might have a local DNS issue that is preventing resolution of webcstore.onepacs.com correctly.

I am on the gateway server responding to this now. I can access web.onepacs.com. And I am still having trouble connecting to the webcstore.onepacs.com.

I also tried changing my DNS to 8.8.8.8 to assist in troubleshooting, still didn't work.

Ok, I was able to resolve the address from a different network, which certainly points to a DNS issue. Its just odd because I am not having any issues with any other sites, just OnePacs.

I added an entry into the host file to manually resolve webcstore.onepacs.com. It is now letting me connect.

Will the studies that were not uploaded to the web now transfer?

Yes the gateway will keep re-trying the old studies which weren't able to transfer.
