Unable to lock study

Hello,
My radiologists are receiving the following error message after saving a draft report and trying to reopen it:

Unable to lock study for USERNAME. User does not own an existing lock.

We have never encountered this before. The only way we can get rid of this is by reassigning it which is totally unnecessary.

Does anyone know if there is a fix for this or is it just a new bug in the program?

Thanks for the note. There seems to be an issue wherein if a case is initially assigned to one user, then changed to a different user, and that different user saves a draft for the report, the case is not properly assigned to them as it should be. Your workaround of manually assigning the case can be used for now. We'll fix this in the next update which should be in a few weeks. Thanks-

BTW, this was fixed as of the latest server update that took place last week.
