Report Template misconfiguration

Post by mmazon » Thu Aug 09, 2012 1:49 pm

Hi.
We uploaded several masks / Standard Report Templates. The problem is, when we load and report template pré-formated (not plain test), as soon as we click on some line and begins adding text, the pré-formatation is not kept. It change's de font size to a small font.
How to correct this ?

If you are loading the report templates by copy and pasting them into the standard report template editor this is expected behavior. Many word processing programs do not use standard HTML formatting to format text and thus it is cleaned after being pasted as it would not necessarily display properly across various browsers. I recommend trying to copy plain text into the editor and then using the formatting options available on the standard template editor to format the text.

Regards,
Jeremy
