The radiologist I work for had this happen:
"When I log in to read, it had all of the studies from 6/21 at 99% loaded. It would say "5.3 of 5.3 mb loaded, time to completion 1 second'. But, then they all stay like that. If i restart the onepacs study retirever they reload again and stop at 99%. Usually when this happens I just log off and then log back in a couple hours later. But, today, it has been like that all day."

Have you had this happen and is there a fix?

Can you check what version they are using? If they are not on the latest version, please have them update to 4.7.1.2. This sounds like they might be encountering an issue with an old version of the retriever. Can you ask them to check the version they are on and update if it is not 4.7.1.2? If it is 4.7.1.2, then I would suggest going into the right-click menu on the system tray icon and choosing "Reset..." to reset the retriever. However I suspect they are not on the latest version.
