Error Message

Good Morning, I am getting the attached error message on the viewer. How do I fix this?

That error message means that your computer was for some reason unable to make a connection to the appropriate server to view the case. I am able to activate the viewer on my end without a problem. This is commonly a hospital firewall type issue. Where are you trying to view the case from? Are you behind a firewall of some kind? Could you try from a different location and see what happens?

Normally, they connect into our terminal server to view the studies and have never had this problem. I will check to see if they were trying to access OnePacs from a browser from the hospital. What would need to be done on the firewall in order to prevent this?

It looks like this was an isolated issue that happened to multiple computers in their office. They got this error for about 15 - 20 minutes.
