Report Distribution

I have set up the destination and the rule in the system but the destination states they are not receiving the emails? Is there a way to check to see if the emails were actually sent.

Our records show that your emails were sent successfully. You may need to check your spam folder and unflag accordingly.

You can always test this by selecting a case on the worklist and pressing "Send Report." From there you can select one of your pre-configured destinations or enter an arbitrary email address.
