We cannot view cr images with the local jpeg viewer it states that the thumbnail images are too large. I can login remotely however and view them at a different site. Also, on the same machine the Java viewer will not start.

I can't reproduce either issue you describe. With regard to the Java viewer I recommend updating to the latest version of Java and clearing the cache. I have occasionally seen Firefox hang loading any java applications and it seems to resolve by clearing the cache.

As far as the JPEG viewer, there used to be a limit on the size of images that could be viewed. Was it an older case? That limit has since been removed. But I'm not sure what case you're referring to so I can't accurately test. Please send me a message via the OnePacs messaging system with the pt name if you want me to look into it further.

We updated Java and everything seems to be working properly now.
