installing previous version of the gateway

Solved.
Thank you very mucho to help even if this is an old version.

We can not upgrade to new versions because that means to increase memory and so on.
near all my gateways are Windows XP, 2 GB RAM
and I see this configuration is giving problems for the new versions (I till haven't been able to load it)
Even uninstalling everything (even antivirus)

OK. Thank you to give me the solution even being a unsuported version.
