Akhil,

My mistake, we only support pdf attachments via email. You can always upload a jpg file directly to a study by clicking on the "Study documents" icon and uploading the jpg directly to the study record.

Sorry for the confusion.

Regards,

Justin

Sorry I think we misspoke here, actually just PDF is currently supported. However JPG and other file types will be added soon. Can you use PDF for now?

Currently the title of the imported file is the date and time of the email (or probably the date and time when onepacs processes it). Is it possible that the name of the original file is retained in onepacs. I intend to set a naming convention of the pdf files based on patient id it will help identify the correct file for a patient.

Next to the options label on the documents panel is a button to "toggle to show/hide preview text" If that is selected to show preview text the email attachment filename will show in the preview hover.

i dont have such a button next to the options label on the document panel. The only things present there are dropbox for "show", checkbox for "only unread" and the gear icon for "manage incoming documents"

It's actually a configurable setting (Admin -> System Configuration). I turned it on for your account. You will need to reload the worklist for it to show up (press the reload button on the browser).

Thanks,

Justin
