Hi,
Yesterday i sent a msg to Jennifer about a loop with a case alert... That's ocurred another time two month ago..even deleting the study and resending it, retrigers the loop.

Our IT people have checked and fixed the configuration issue that caused the email loop. Thanks for notifying us.
