Add Radiologist to other onepacs site for dictating

I have a radiologist that wants to dictate for another site that is using onepacs. When I tried to add him to the site it states another user already has the email. Is there a way to have one radiologist read for two different onepacs sites?

Do you mean two separate hospitals that are on completely different OnePacs accounts? No easy way to do that. Could have him/her just use a new email address and set up a different account for the other OnePacs account's site(s). But each group that uses the system is actually supposed to have just one OnePacs account and have all their sites on that account. If you add the additional sites to the original account you can of course assign any user to any combination of the sites that you wish. Can you clarify what you need to accomplish? Thanks,

The radiologist just happens to be reading a few studies one time for another site. We will work it out.
