Can you clarify what exactly you have done and at what stage of the process it doesnt seem to work?

Re: Uploading template image
I am stuck with the image uploader. I have attached the screenshot. When i right click the template image folder and add an image from my computer and click upload, the upload never seems to complete. I have tried it with jpg, bmp, png and pdf. It just hangs that way.

Re: Uploading template image
The images are getting uploaded now but when I open the uploaded image a blank browser window only appears. Upon inserting the image into the report template a broken icon is displayed on the template.

Please make sure that the image file names do not contain spaces.

Re: Uploading template image
The image is uploaded into the report template and is visible on a report in the browser. However the image is not visible in the pdf format both in the report that has come to me via email and in the exported report to pdf format.
Re: Uploading template image
It appears that your uploaded template image is a bitmap (.bmp) image that is saved with a .jpg extension. Please download your existing template image and save it as a JPEG file with a .jpg extension, delete the existing template file, and re upload the new jpeg template image.
