Dictation feature

I wanted to test the dictation feature for a study. How do I activate the dictation feature for a user/study. I do not find the dictate report feature for my account (administrator privileges ).

The dictation feature is actually a capability of subscribed versions of OnePacs, so that is why you don't see it on your privileges list.
