You would either zip and upload via the online study uploader OR send them to the gateway via a script.

I attached new scripts. Can you retry?

Ok, ran that script. Got a little futher but still failed. Attached is a screenshot of the command prompt and of the Z:\ root.

Try changing the source directory from "Z:\" to "Z:"

Actually the latest release of OPW lets you configure where the workstation stores its DICOM archive. The option can be found by going to the Tools menu, selecting the "Options" item, then clicking on the "Diskspace manager" option.
