Unable to upload a Study to Onepacs

We have a problem with a study with
Patient Name: DxxO CxxxxxxxI AxxA
Patient ID: 00278619
Birth Date: 1963/06/17
Series date: 2011/12/05
Serie N.: 5674

This study load OK on the gateway but doesn't seam to go to ONEPACS
Can you see anything on your log or do you need I send you the log via OnepacsMail?

That study appears to have now transferred over to OnePacs.
