Hilario,

I will have one of our developers write up a page for the wiki with instructions and best practices.

Variables can be inserted into the template via the dropdown box titled "OnePacs tokens". Selecting an item from this list will insert the token for the selected field at the current cursor location.

Thanks,

Justin

Hilario,

The report templates section of the wiki was updated with more information on setting up report templates.

When I write a report, my doctors generally use:
- Comentary
- diagnostic results.

From what I can see when I write a report I find:
- a big zone where I can write all the comentaries. OK
- I don't find a specific zone for the DIAGNOSTIC RESULTS. I found a zone for Results reportings which could be interresting but..
- A Result Reporting where I could write the diagnostic result (on brief descritpion of finding)
The issue is I can only put something in if I click on Results telephoned. I don't understand why.
Other issue is the field "brief description of finding" can be to short in some situations.
Other issue is I can't send a Report with english INFO. Then I must be able to translate what the report write "this routine report was telefphoned bi Dra. Jorquera, etc.."

On the reports signature I am including the path as Line 3 on signature block
<img src="https://web.onepacs.com:8443/onepacs/te ... as/MJM.JPG">
When I generate the report I got line 1 and 2 ok, but I don't see the signature image
Can you help on this?

I also want to understand what does means Template signature.
It seams the same thing than if I include line1, 2 and 3 manually. What is the difference between both?

Hilario,

Results reporting is essentially just to provide information about how the diagnostic was reported to the facility. It is not intended to be where the diagnostic reports themselves are entered. If you have two sections (Commentary and diagnostic results) then you could create standard reporting text to use to layout this framework.

The URL for the image in your signature block is incorrect. To get the correct URL you can to to the template images section, double-click on the appropriate image, and copy the url from the browser window.

Regards,

Justin
