Appearance of final report not the same as template

Post by thurmondas » Wed Nov 17, 2010 12:48 pm

The line spacing, and text which is "bold" changes between the standard report text template and the final report.
How can I make sure the format in the standard report text is transferred to the final report?

Could you let us know how you made the template?
Sometimes if elements of the template was edited outside of OnePacs, such as with microsoft word, and pasted into the template, there are some tags used by the other software that doesnt look the same in OnePacs. For example, in the source code for the template, boldface should be achieved with a <b> tag rather than <strong>.
If anything has been edited outside of the OnePacs editor, I would suggest re-doing it purely within the onepacs editor.
Generally if the final report doesnt look exactly like the template, it's because of an issue like this.
If this is not the case, let us know, we can look at the specific template in question to help figure out why it isnt displaying as desired.
