Change Study status

Post by txmiguela » Fri Nov 13, 2009 4:00 pm

Hi Justin,
I'm a Hilario`s colleague (you have to look us as "nightmare" ), anyway, I use to assign studies to radiologist, and sometimes I made a mistakes assigning studies to the wrong radiologista. Until now, it was very easy to fix it up, just simply click on "manage status", "ready to read", and I could change to the right doctor, but now I can't. I have to wait until the system change the status itself and then I can do it.

My question is , Do I something wrong? or just simply , the Onepacs 8.0 new veriso doesn't permit such operation?

Thank you in advance and have a nice week end

Hi,

You are correct that it is no longer possible to change the state of multiple studies simultaneously from the assigned state. This was intentional because of the danger of changing the state of a study that may presently be being reported on by a radiologist. Instead, I recommend the following steps:

1) Right click on the individual study
2) Choose "Change study status" -> "Ready to Read"
3) Click yes to the confirmation message

Regards,

Justin
