EMPTY REPORT

Post by hilario » Wed Jun 09, 2010 4:27 am

When I see the report I can see it correctly.
But when I try to export to word, I only get a white sheet.
If I try to export it to PDF I get an error message.
It seams the same error than before. You solved modifying some pointer/links.
What I wonder now is why this is happening NOW/TODAY?

Hilario,

Are you saying that currently reports display properly, but the export to word/pdf feature doesnt work?

Is this one particular case or all cases?

Ok I checked things out and I see what you're saying. It looks like 0 byte files are being generated. Did this just start happening?

We will look into this and fix it, probably within the day today.

If you need an immediate solution, you could try either opening the report view window and saving as HTML, or printing to PDF with a solution such as primopdf (www.primopdf.com).

The icons at the top of the screen are suppressed when printing, so using the print command to print to a PDF should provide a perfect PDF copy.

Hilario,

This should now be fixed. There was recently a minor DNS change that caused some of your signature images to not resolve correctly when generating pdf.

Please let us know if you have any further problems.

Justin
