AA Rule Advanced Expression for Prelims

Reaching out again as I'm not the most versatile in creating these advanced expressions. We would like to set a singular rad for priority to receive prelim exams, would someone know advanced expression would need to be built to work properly?

Is it as simple as

readtype >= 'preliminary'
