Facility disappeared

Facility disappeared

I am unable to upload studies with a working gateway due to the fact that my facility is missing. The configuration shows 0/1 facilities in the configuration but if you try and add a facility it says I cannot create one because the maximum number of facilities are in use.

Not sure why you obtained that error but I was able to add a facility for you. Please log in and edit the details for the facility as desired.
