Mapping Dicom for report Templates

Mapping Dicom for report Templates

I am trying to map my report template to pull the Performing Referring Physician because the Dicom information that comes in from the outside facility we are reading for shows up there, not Referring Physician. I can not figure out which OnePacs Token to use. I included screen grabs.

Hello -
You can try the tag token $(0008,1050) to put Performing Physician on a report template. There is no selection for the token, you have to type the DICOM tag for it.
