deleted hanging protocols
Re: deleted hanging protocols
This is a known issue that will be fixed in a future release. In the meantime, if you don't mind losing your configuration settings, you can simply delete the user.config files located in %localappdata%\OnePacs,_LLC. In that folder, you should see some sub-folders with long strange names in there. Deleting any user.config files in those folders will reset your configuration settings to their default values.
I apologize for the inconvenience.

I can't find this folder. Can you be more specific? is it a hidden folder? What does % mean? I haven't seen folder that start with '%'
Re: deleted hanging protocols
You can literally type %LOCALAPPDATA% into windows explorer and then press enter which will resolve to your user's app data directory. See attached screenshot.
Thanks,

Re: deleted hanging protocols
%localappdata% is an environment variable for win7 that points to where application data is stored. It is a hidden folder, so you'll need to set your folder options to show you those.
To navigate there, open windows explorer, type %localappdata%\OnePacs,_LLC in the path area, then type enter. It should open to that folder.
The actual location of the app data folder can vary depending on which OS version you are using. If it's not at %localappdata%, you can also try %appdata% and %userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data
