Hi,
Is there a way to add the radiology report when burning a CD with images to send with the patient?

Hello -
The following is one solution to include a report on a CD.
1. Click to view the report on the worklist
2. Download the report as a PDF using the icon on the upper left corner of the view report page.
3. Click on the study files icon on the worklist and upload the pdf report.
4. Right click on the uploaded report that is now a study file and select "Convert to DICOM". This will convert the report PDF to be an image in a new series in the study. Administrators may be able to set a facility setting to automatically convert PDFs automatically which would make this step unnecessary for that facility.
5. Open the study in the Java viewer and burn the study to CD.

You might also want to consider the Case Access Link feature:
