Study Retriever Partial Download

Post by jacintor » Fri Dec 06, 2013 12:59 pm

Hello,

One of our radiologists is experiencing problems downloading studies with the study retriever. The study is downloaded but only partially. All parts are downloaded but some images are always missing. So if the total number of images is 450, study retriever will download 425. I am not sure what is causing the study retriever to skip some of the images while downloading. Any ideas?

Thanks!

Rodrigo

Hello

Please send a message using the OnePacs HIPAA-compliant messaging system indicating information to identify the study. You may send the information to the user account named “Logs, OnePacs (OnePacs_Logs)”

Just to echo what Jeremy said, please let us know which study you are having problems with, and if possible also send us the log files from the Study Retriever.

In addition to his link to instructions on sending us information in a HIPAA-compliant fashion, here is another link which shows how to capture log files from the application: http://wiki.onepacsforums.com/doku.php? ... or_support

Please post back here when you have sent us the information (study identifiers and/or log files).

Hello, we found out that the problem occurred when we installed Osirix 5.8.1 on the computer. We solved the problem when we installed back version 5.8. Osirix is now downloading all images. Thank you!

Interesting. I wonder why OsiriX 5.8.1 had issues? I'll put it on my list of things to test. Thanks for letting us know.
