Hello OnePacs team!
Is there a way to configure TTR based on the time the study has been confirmed instead of the time the study has been submitted? We have some customers that take 1 or 2 days to confirm a study and it makes it difficult to track whose fault it was when the system shows it is late (study audit)...
Thanks!
Rodrigo

Re: TTR Configuration
You can get the data you need through study export. When you export study data through Data Search/Export > Export data to spreadsheet, there are two columns where turnaround time is listed for each case. One of them calculates turnaround time based on study arrival time, the other one calculates turnaround time based on the later of (a) study arrival time, or (b) study confirmation time. So in the data you receive through data export, you can just look at the appropriate column for your workflow.
The two columns are called "Turnaround time (TAT) (after receive)" which calculates TAT based on report completion time minus study receive complete time, and the other is called "TAT (after receive/confirm)".

Thank you John. That helps with the calculation. However, is there a way to configure TTR based on confirmation date on the main worklist so it won't show up in red when a customers take awhile to confirm a study?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Re: TTR Configuration
I see... there is not currently a way to configure TTR on the worklist to be calculated that way, though I have checked and it is on the schedule for future development.
Maybe you could make separate worklist tabs for confirmed and not-yet-confirmed studies so that studies that have been there a while but haven't been confirmed yet will not be on your list and in red, but will be in a separate tab?

I will try that. Thanks!
