Mario,

There are a few ways to do this. One, you could export the reports along with other study data by going to the Data Search/Export menu, and selecting "Export data to spreadsheet" option. Make sure the "Report" option is checked. You could periodically export a record of studies you have processed through OnePacs including reports this way. It seems this would be the easiest way to do it and is available on free accounts. Would this work for you?

Another way would be to establish an HL7 interface to a RIS system that can store the reports. This is a feature of paid onepacs accounts. It's also possible to have copies of reports emailed to a repository as reports are completed. This would also be a paid option and would involve coordinating to make sure the solution that is implemented is compliant with any relevent local rules/regulations regarding medical records, electronic distribution of reports, including encryption, etc.

OnePacs can also do custom interfaces other than HL7. So, for example, we could store your reports to a filesystem as XML or write the reports to a custom database.
