Re: Updated Mac OS to Snow Leopard/retriever not working
Despite running updates for my Mac several times yesterday and this morning. And believing Java was up to date. The Java versions were not the ones you listed. I ran system update once more and an update to Mac OS 10.6 was there. Ran that and waited for system to reboot. Then, a box for additional u...

Re: Updated Mac OS to Snow Leopard/retriever not working
Since I have deleted the poller, I am not sure I can send you anything anything. Plus, the poller won't open anyway. I am not at home right now. I will check the Java Version and try to recheck that 32 and 64 are both checked as suggested previously. If that doesn't work, I will let you know. I will...

Thanks for the help
Since I see my CAPS post earlier may look like I was yelling, I need to personally thank Tom and Justin for all their great help. They are quick to respond and have always gotten me through my hiccups. So,
THANK YOU!

Re: Updated Mac OS to Snow Leopard/retriever not working
Do you think going the next step to Lion would help? I am thinking I should try the Java Update again. If that fails to fix the situation, I would delete the retriever and the onepacs file from my computer, update to Lion and try the install again. With an additional check for Java updates (of cours...

Re: Updated Mac OS to Snow Leopard/retriever not working
No. Java update did not help. I will just use a PC retriever to send to my Mac.
PS, I didn't even notice I typed all in caps on my earlier post. I wasn't trying to yell. Sorry.

Re: Updated Mac OS to Snow Leopard/retriever not working
I see you say it is in the home folder. Unfortunately, I am not at my Mac today. I am at the hospital. I will try looking for the onepacs folder in my home folder. However, the retriever does sit on my dock after I re-install and it just flashes for a second if I click on it to open. I will log in t...

Re: Updated Mac OS to Snow Leopard/retriever not working
It is definitely snow leopard. Lion is an online purchase only. I have removed the retriever multiple times as you outline by dragging it to the trash. What do you mean delete the onepacs folder? Where is that?
