Re: Resetting user password in the latest version of OnePACS
When you say "the administrator does not have the old password to verify the change", possibly you are referring to the administrator now being asked to verify their own password when changing a user's password. The administrator does not need to know the user's password. The administrator is now as...

Re: Autodelete question
We are planning a feature similar to what you describe, however, we don't yet have a specific time estimate as to when it will be released, and what the specific details of the feature will be. The way it works now is that, when you are over the storage allotment, the oldest studies (those which arr...

Re: Gateway Maintenance
Hilario, If you aren't using that particular gateway as an archive (i.e., if you dont mind the studies stored on that gateway being deleted), you could uninstall and reinstall the gateway entirely, to delete everything and start with a new install. Also it looks like the version of the gateway you a...

Re: Mass Upload
You can't configure where the workstation stores its DICOM archive but you can configure the amount of storage it uses. Workstation: Tools -> Options -> Diskspace Manager Justin Actually the latest release of OPW lets you configure where the workstation stores its DICOM archive. The option can be f...

Re: ONE PACS
Using the desktop viewing software (OnePacs workstation), hit the H key to flip horizontally and V key to flip vertically. In the java applet viewer, there are some buttons you can click to rotate or flip the image, see attached image. There's not currently a way to flip/rotate in the JPEG-based vie...

Re: ONEPACS
Honestly, I havent heard of this before and the only reason I can think of for this is that your modality is sending the x-rays flipped the wrong way in the first place. Does this occur only with chest x-rays? Have you used any other viewers or viewed the images directly at the modality? I would ima...

Re: Preventing download from Java viewer
Andrew, I talked to the developers and it is theoretically possible to turn this off. The issue would be selectively turning it off for certain groups such as yours, would have to check on how much time it would take to implement that. The one thing to bear in mind though is that even if it were tur...

Andrew
Generally speaking we are happy to accomodate requests for research needs at no cost. 50 gigabytes of storage should be no problem. We will also notify you separately about this by email.

Re: Over 5 GB....
That is correct. Just be aware that the oldest studies that are over 7 days old will be automatically deleted if you are over the limit, until you are under the limit again.
But you can continue to send new studies, yes.

Re: Problem Import images from cd
Could you provide more details? Please let us know how you are importing the CD. Is it from the "upload" command on the worklist, and if so, are you using the java applet (advanced uploader). Also please send a message through onepacs to "Admin" telling us the name of the patient involved. (Dont pos...
