Hi Mindi,

Could you please elaborate on what you mean by "download exams to the gateway"? Are you using the OnePacs Study Retriever? Or are you trying to store/retrieve via DICOM?

The host would be whatever local IP address your computer running the OnePacs Study Retriever is installed on. The study retriever doesn't accept inbound DICOM connections so you can probably just enter anything (ex. 104).

OnePacs has many options available for integrating with other system including automated fetching of prior studies and bidirectional HL7. I recommend you create a ticket with your project requirements to get started.

It sounds like you haven't assigned privileges for the user account the draft or complete reports at that facility.

You would need to associate a modality with the report template. Then create a study type and associate the new report template with it. Hi David, Yes, OnePacs can send reports directly to an EHR. Typically this would be done with an HL7 interface. Really impossible to say without more information or logs. Are you able to verify the connection between the Study Retriever and the Gateway?
