This may occur if a radiologist selects and overrides the font size in the report editor.

You may need to delete the study from the cloud and manually push the study from the Gateway.

In general, when the data cannot be changed on OnePacs, we would recommend changing data that was entered incorrectly at the place where the mistake occurred deleting the bad copy and resending.
