Re: Two Ae-Title into the same Gateway
If you are going to treat them as two different logical facilities in OnePacs, I would recommend either 1. Having two different Gateway installations with each respective AE Title configured. 2. Set up a HUB and endpoint and distribute the studies to the facilities based on various DICOM tags. https...

Re: Burn CD without worksheet
Hello - You could use Remote Eye (Java viewer) to "Export files / images to local disk" and select series to export. If the worksheet is a separate series don't select it. Otherwise, once exported, find an delete the worksheet files from disk. Close the viewer tab, but leave the viewer open. Import ...

Re: 6 studies to become one
One can merge studies on the gateway. Please see
https://onepacshelp.com/display/V12/One ... acsGateway
You may need to delete the study from the cloud and manually push the study from the Gateway.

Hello -
In general, when the data cannot be changed on OnePacs, we would recommend changing data that was entered incorrectly at the place where the mistake occurred deleting the bad copy and resending.

Hello -
A radiologist could sign a preliminary report and after a different or the same radiologist could sign a final report for same case. No, currently multiple radiologists cannot sign the same report.

Re: Filtering Study Types by Facility
Hello - Report templates are different from study types. Report templates determine how a report looks. Think of them as a letter head. Study types categorize a study. A study type can assist a radiologist to setup the body of their report, but this is also different than a report template (One help...

Re: DCM4CHE Apparent Conflict
Hello - The recommendation from the Gateway installation guide https://onepacshelp.com/display/T5/OnePacs+Gateway+Installation+Guide is that "Software - The computer should only be used for the OnePacs Gateway." Therefore, it is recommended that the OnePacs Gateway be installed on its own computer (...
