I have tried sending email by forum without success.... I have on numerous occasions received the following error message.... I need to know why it intermittently appears and what to do to prevent it from occurring again. "The OnePacs Study Retriever has detected that there are no valid destinations...

Jeremy, I do not understand...In the quoted example provided if the tech attempts changes such as Right to Left in reason for exam the option the tech gets is "submit for reinterpretation".... does that mean the reading radiologist must then make the change? That would require separate communication...

Jeremy, The ability to edit entry errors is still a problem with our techs... reading the forum I thought there was to be development of an editing feature when you right click on a sent patient. Jeremy, This process to correct name or number entry errors is cumbersome requiring deletion from the gateway , a call to the reading radiologist for him to delete from both worklist as well as OnePacs Workstation. Can someone tell me how to configure signature template to include MD.... this wan't done during setup and our reports show only the reporting radiologists name without credentials....
