Re: unable to view images
Thanks Justin, I will check about our bandwidth. Our xray machine will continue to resend images until they arrive and we had to upload outside images too. They all started to come over to OnePacs at the same time and we are able to use the simple viewer at this time. Our IT service is working on it...

Re: unable to view images
The last study that loaded on OnePacs was at 8:56 est and we have taken xrays on at least 5 additional patients and uploaded 3 discs that we are able to see in the gateway but not on OnePacs. Thanks

Printing worklist
Hi, I need to print out our worklist for the day. Is there anyway to do that from OnePacs? I just need a list of patients names. Thanks! uboaxray

Re: user limits
The message stated that we were above the limit and to contact sales at a 1-800 number. I don't remember anything about deleting but went ahead and deleted 3 users anyway. I tried to enter our new user again and got the same message. Thanks! uboaxray

user limits
I have a question about user number limits. I went to add a new employee into OnePacs users and a message came up that we have reached our user limit. I then went to our user list and deleted 3 users that have left the facility to make room. I tried to add our new employee again and the same message...

Autodelete question
A question re: the autodelete function. Is there anyway to lock studies to prevent them from being deleted by the autodelete function? I would like to lock studies needed for patients scheduled for surgery so they will stay on OnePacs for the Drs to view. Thanks!
