I will send the email for analysis. I have narrowed it down to metrofax. If I use clickfax or email directly, it works. Metrofax and it does not. I think its the image attachment with their logo that accompanies the email but not absolutely sure.

I am currently using the trial / free version. I have set up the folders to check an email account for attachements and import them into a folder. All the settings seem correct. The problem is, it only imports single page PDF files and ignores the bulk of the emails. The emails are all just messages...
