Hi All,
We have noticed a gateway login failure on 20% of our clients. The usual admin password stops working. This problem has been notified by user carmen21 in post on April 5th 2017. Our solution has been reinstalling the gateway on all facilities since simply stopping and restarting the service does not solve the problem. Could you please check what is causing this and how it can be fixed on a large scale? All of these reinstallations are taking a lot of time.
