Transmission model endpoint

Post by dkrichilski » Wed Sep 25, 2019 8:29 am

Hello,

I have a facility that is an Endpoint - Receives images indirectly from one or more hub facilities. It is down and not sending studies since Friday. But our hub that have many more facilities is working OK. So I believe that their network connection is lost. They have two more facilities with the same configuration as endpoint and they are sending studies.

What else can I check or do to help them? I really need some advice about it.

Respectfully

David,

Can you ping the gateway hub from this facility in question? Are they getting any errors when trying to send studies?

I prove them that there was a network disconnection from their side. We reload the studies from the Gateway and arrived ok. Thanks.
